You’ll receive a commitment-free quote and an outline of the estimated planning timeline.

If you’d like to move forward, we'll send an agreement and invoice for our trip design services.

Once those steps are completed, we begin weaving the golden thread of your journey!

After step two is complete, you’ll receive an in-depth questionnaire designed to refine every detail of your trip, including dates, pacing, accommodations, anchoring events, and preferences.

We may schedule a focused Zoom conversation to clarify nuance and ensure the design aligns with your vision.

We'll create a custom, thoughtfully structured itinerary that includes a clear booking checklist so you can confidently secure your travel arrangements.

Drafts may be shared along the way to ensure everything feels right for your trip.

You’ll also receive access to your private travel folder, where your plan, booking dashboard, and curated travel resources live.

Once your itinerary is finalized, you’ll use the provided plan and checklist to complete all bookings directly, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.

(As a reminder, we provide travel planning and advisory services only. All bookings are completed by the traveler.)

When it's time for liftoff, you can use your custom designed itinerary to travel with ease, knowing that everything was thoughtfully planned to make your trip flow seamlessly.

In-trip support is included in your design fee, so if anything comes up (travel delays, weather cancellations, etc), we can help you pivot to keep your trip running smoothly.
